About Molly

Molly is an experienced fitness professional located in the Tampa Bay Area. Molly completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from the University of Tampa before going on to obtain her personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. In her four years of personal training experience, Molly has worked with clients of all fitness levels, getting them to their goals, while also correcting muscular imbalances and making them stronger. As well as being a personal trainer, Molly is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and completed an internship with the University of North Florida. During her time at UNF, Molly worked with division I athletes, improving their muscular strength and endurance pertaining to their specific sports, while also reducing the risk of injury through ensuring proper form and mobility techniques. Whether an athlete or an client wanting to lose weight, Molly creates the best possible environment for her clients and their specific goals, through a combination of science and a desire to improve client’s well being.

However, Molly is not only a fitness professional, but she is also a self proclaimed professional dog mom to her dog, Pups, a professional comedian, and a professional consumer of all things chocolate. Unfortunately, she does not have any certifications to back up these claims.
